Abstract
Background: This study aimed at investigate effects on jump rope exercise and running exercise in everyday life, aerobic exercise, how affect change of lung capacity and body composition of men and women students.

Metohds: The target of this study are grades 1 and 2 enrolled student of twenty at the University of G. who trained into two groups: the jump rope and treadmill exercise at 30 minutes a day and four days a week during 4 weeks, also has been measured before and after exercise make use of lung capacity measuring instrument and INBODY.

Results: Both Jump rope and treadmill groups significantly decreased the percentage of body fat and significantly increased in the force expiratory volume and forced vital capacity.(¥ñ <0.00)

Conclusion: Therefore, jump rope exercise program than the treadmill are more effective in order to obtain the effect in lung capacity.
